Financial management and collections
The biggest fear of every residents' committee and property owner is losing control of the money. That is why the arrangement is put in writing before we start: who manages the account, who has signing authority and how expenses are approved. We collect, manage the payments and produce a detailed report, and you see every shekel, every month.

Frequently asked questions about collections & financial management
Who has signing authority over the building's account?
This is set in the engagement and varies from client to client. In some properties the committee or the property owner are the only authorized signatories, and in others we make the payments ourselves to shorten processes with suppliers. In every model the arrangement is set in writing in advance and comes with a detailed monthly report.
When do we get the monthly report?
By the 10th of every month, for the previous month. The report includes a breakdown of income, a breakdown of expenses by line item, the collection status and a list of debtors, and an up-to-date cash balance.
