A New Standard in Property Management
Achla Group is a company that stays with a property from the very first question until years after it is occupied. We come in as early as when the developer is checking whether to build a tower on the land. We advise throughout planning and construction so the building is simple and inexpensive to maintain, and before occupancy we set up the legal framework that will protect the complex.
A well-run complex is also the developer’s calling card, and the place they take buyers for their next project. From day one we manage and maintain the property hands-on, with a healthy, transparent budget that gives the owners peace of mind.

A Quality Control department that does not report to the operations team. It visits the properties and grades the work, and anything below standard goes back for handling until it is closed.

The partners behind the group
Ofek Sela
Before founding Achla Group, Ofek worked as a senior real estate consultant to businesses and in urban renewal. In that role he advised and supported residential and commercial buildings on management companies, management fees and what those fees include. He holds a certificate in marketing and advertising from the Open University.
Raz Eliaz
Before founding Achla Group, Raz served as CEO of a lighting and electrical import company for five years, and before that worked as a real estate developer and investor. He holds certificates in business administration from the Open University, real estate development from Psagot College and building lighting systems consulting from Bar-Ilan University, and completed financial studies at Orin Shefelter College.
Oren Sela
Before founding Achla Group, Oren served as a career officer in the Armored Corps, and before that worked in real estate development and investment. He holds a certificate in maintenance management for residential and commercial buildings and is a plumbing systems consultant.
