How long does it take to get a proposal?
After a site visit we submit a detailed proposal within 5 to 7 business days. The proposal is itemized by line: cleaning, maintenance, security, landscaping and management, so you can really compare it with other proposals and not just by the bottom line.
Is there a charge for the site visit?
No. The site visit and the proposal are free and with no commitment. Even if you end up choosing another company, the survey we make during the visit is yours to keep.
When can you start?
Taking over a property usually takes 30 to 45 days from signing: mapping the systems, building a maintenance plan, recruiting and training the permanent team, receiving the information from the outgoing company, and setting up collections and reporting.
