Building management and maintenance is work measured in details: an elevator that works, a lobby that looks good, a supplier who arrived on time and a resident who got an answer. We are looking for people who see those details, and not just the next task on the list.
What the work here is
Responsibility for a real property
The work happens in the field: office towers, retail centers and residential towers, from Kiryat Gat to Nahariya. You don’t sit in front of a screen reporting on what someone else did.
Responsibility for a whole property
A property manager here is responsible for their property end to end: the systems, the suppliers, the budget and the relationship with the residents or tenants.
A service center that runs around the clock
The service center operates 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays (except Yom Kippur). The people who work there are trained on each property’s systems, so every call is handled all the way through.
Departments that support the field
The Quality Control department checks the properties independently, and the Quality of Life department is responsible for community activity. A property manager is not left alone with the problems.
We don’t advertise positions that aren’t open
Right now we have no advertised open position. Rather than leave an old list of positions that have already been filled, we prefer to say so plainly.
