Privacy policy
This website is operated by Achla Group Building Management and Maintenance Ltd. (“Achla Group”, “we”). This policy explains what details we collect on the website, why, who receives them, and how you can access them, correct them, or ask us to delete them.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, phone, email, property type, number of units or area, and your message.
- Careers form: name, phone, email, the role you are interested in, and your message.
- Tour request for a space for rent: name, phone, email, the unit you chose, and your message.
- Browsing data: like any website, the server records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to operate and secure the website. See also the section on analytics.
You are not legally required to give us any details. Without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you, which is why those fields are required in the forms.
How we use the details
- To get back to you and handle your inquiry: a proposal, a tour, an answer to a question
- For job applications: to review your application and contact you about it
- To manage the business relationship if you become a client
- To operate, secure and improve the website
We do not sell the details and do not use them for other parties’ advertising.
Who receives the details
The details are available to the Achla Group staff who handle the inquiry. We also use service providers that process information only on our behalf, under our instructions and subject to confidentiality:
- Website and inquiry database hosting: Railway servers in Europe (the Netherlands)
- Our client management and email systems, where inquiries are forwarded for handling
- Google Analytics, as described below
Beyond that, we will disclose details only if required by law, for example by a court order.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and which inquiries are sent. The tool stores cookies in your browser. We configured it without advertising cookies and without ad personalization. You can block cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on, and the website will keep working.
The accessibility preferences you choose (text size, contrast and so on) are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us.
How long we keep the details
Inquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry and manage the business relationship, and are then deleted. Application details are kept until the hiring process ends and for a reasonable period after it, in case a suitable position opens. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Information security
Inquiries are stored in a protected database, access is limited to the staff who need it, and communication with the website is encrypted. No system is completely immune, but we act as required by the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations.
Your rights
You may access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, and ask us to delete the details you gave us. Contact us at office@achlagroup.com (please write “Privacy” in the subject) or by phone at +972-3-7736777, and we will reply within 30 days. If you do not receive a reply, you can contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Minors
The website is intended for property owners, building committees and adults. We do not knowingly collect details of minors.
Changes to this policy
When we change the way we collect information, we will update this page and the date at its end. See also the accessibility statement.
